The design intention is to embrace the indigenous Cambodian style with modern architectural elements and environmental friendly features.

In traditional Cambodian Khmer Architecture, the stacking of ornamental features is widely used to create unique façade patterns. The buildings comfortably blend into natural surroundings with the use of natural material and greenery.

To accommodate with the instant site conditions of Phnom Penh, our design features a dynamically stacked façade with a tint of historical style. The parametric balconies and greenery on the façade create an iconic stunning appearance while providing an environmental friendly architectural solution.
