Residential Tower redevelopment in Ladder Street – Located in the Mid-Levels, this redevelopment of a 13-storey high-end residential building composed of 36 units. The podium and the curtain wall façade are in an innovative stepping zigzag-form design as a response to echo the heritage of the site. The GBP submission has been approved by the Buildings Department and the construction is targeted to be completed in early 2018.
